If I was you what I would do is go to the police one more gain and if they don't nothing I would find me a good lawer and the hell out of the police or take them to court! But one thing you better be very happy that you weren't the one who got ****** with that condom!

Unfortunatly, there is almost nothing you or the police can do. It's probably some teenagers being stupid and thiking they're "funny" when it's just immature. If there are any teens in your area that you would ever suspect of doing something like that, you could always ask their parents, but it may just upset the neighborhood. If it continues to happen, maybe monitor your mailbox so you can figure out who it is, and so you can alert the police again. They really cannot do anything until you have a suspect or know for sure what's happening. Until it happens again, I'd suggest just let it go and forget about it. Yes, it's gross, but then again...the human race is quite stupid.

Notify the postal service. They've give you a case number. Then they'll do virtually nothing.

If it happens again, call the postal service with your prior case number. Let them know in uncertain terms that this is a potential bio hazardous situation. The postal employee could be infected by something from the bloody party favor. You could also become infected. Whereupon you inform them that you are installing a security mail box to prevent this from happening again.

Postal employees hate secure boxes because they have to have a key for it or deliver the mail to your door. And they loose the key half the time...

Welcome to my life.. At least its a condom stop whining. Our car was broke into 2 times and the police did nothing. Its called living in the ghetto.. Now u know how it feels to live in the hood.. And besides chances are its one of the little punk kids in the neighborhood and one thing about kids like that is that theyre stupid. So im sure ull get to see the idiots in action. Calm down. It was gross and disgusting, but the police can't do anything about it. What else can you do? If you try to take any action, you may draw more attention to the act which may inspire other crazies to do the same.

Holy ****, that's pretty bad. Short of doing DNA testing on it, I don't think there anything you can do. But what you can do is THINK really hard, if it's a possibility it might be someone you know, an enemy perhaps? Friends with a sick sense of humor? Now, most likely it was random, but if I were you, I'd ask EVERY woman you knew if they were raggin it or not!

I'd write in to the local paper saying how disturbed you are and how there should be ways to take care of things like that.

it doesnt need a police cuz hats no imergency not a matter of life or death but u can sue the mail compony or w/e that delevers and get good money on that!
