You can use the tip of a small knife to move across entry point. You will feel a bit a pain but also a scrape on the knife blade. If the wound is small, a needle will work...it is best to have another person do this for you...they will be able to feel the scrape....after you remove the splinter, use peroxide to clean the wound, and keep it clean.

You may soak in epson salts (magneseum slalt). Make sure it is clean water. This wil help lossen the splinter and hopefully help the removal. Get a helper to locate it for you and use a clean pair of tweezers. The last thing you need is an infected foot

Go to hospital to have an x ray. I would not reccomend a DIY aproach as you won't know wether or not any glass will be left in there. Probably too late for DIY anyway as it sounds like the skin may have already closed over the wound. How long have you had this problem?

try a magnifying glass, bright light, and tweezers, also i have never done this myself, but i know people who say that they have, and had success, take some type of glue, like elmers, put it on the area, let it dry good, then slowly peel it off, the glue should adhere to the splinter, and take it right out. good luck!!

If you can, take a pair of tweezers or a needle to just to do some minor surgery on yourself to pry it out if it's not too deep. And then, for god's sake, cover it up with a band-aid or you'll get an infection.

Ask someone that u trust to take a look and try to get it out for u. If it hurts too bad to let someone dig it out....put some topical numbing stuff on it first....like Anbesol for gums works good.

The body has a way of detecting foreign objects and it will eventually push out on its own...Just baby it for a couple of days and it will eventually get hard around that spot and you'll be able to pull it right out of there.

You have to get it out, ask someone you trust, if its glass it can be dangerous, if you try to take it out yourself with a tweezer or so, make sure it's disinfected
