Forget it. Make a move and you will be looking for another job. If the doctor wanted to have anything to do with you, he'd come knocking. However, considering your level of education as exhibited by your question, you would probably be the last person the doctor--a highly educated individual--would want to risk his marriage for. You might want to start looking for another job now because this desire you have will not go away.
By the way, are you really a nurse or a nursing assistant?

First you must ask yourself: what is the reason that you want sex with your boss is. From there you then ask if your career and mental health is worth losing for the reason.
A. Are you awed by the power a doctor holds in his hands?
B. Did your lover cheat on you? now you want revenge?
C. The idea of having sex with a married man feel safe to you?
D. After having sex with your boss will that increase your popularity with co-workers?
E. If your family finds out will it shock them?
F. If your married is it worth losing your husband and children?
If your answers are yes, then go to work without panties and play doctor in his office and pray that your not fired.

Don't do that. The doctor could just use you and fire you. It is not very convenient for you plus would you like someone sleep with your husband or boyfriend?
Oh and the cliche of a nurse is just a nurse for having a doctor (and being Cinderella)and not for working, you will spread it more.

Do not play in the same play ground that you work...it is unethical and just plain dumb...
Think long and hard of what you want and what you will do to yourself and him. You can lose your job over it as well...
If you really want to go there...if he cannot pick up on flirtation and subtle hints than he is not interested.
