There is this boy and he wants to go out with me but he had my friend ask me for him and i only have met him once!! Should i go out with him??

If you don't feel like you know him well enough to go on a date with him, ask him to go to a movie, a party, whatever, with a group of friends. That way you can get to know him better, but in a situation where you'll be more comfortable and which is less serious than a one-on-one date. Plus, even if it turns out you don't like him you'll have fun.

I went through the same senario xcept it was sort of backwards for me!! ^_^ But i wouldn't go out with him if you only met him once. I would say i would like to get to know you a little bit more!

He is probley just afraid of rejection. I wouldn't agree to a date right away but exchange email addresses, IM each other or exchange #'s. He could be shy and sweet but he could also be an ***. Make sure your first few meetings are with a friend so if he turns out to be a jerk you are not there alone .

If I did I would make it really casual and in public places until I got to know him better. Once you're comfortable with the type of person he is, then I'd be more open to serious dating.

First you should hang out with him with a huge group of people. Then if you start to realize he's pretty cool and you minght have feelings for him then yea you should go out with him. Only if you like him though.

Well "Reckless," I don't know.....Get to know him a bit first, then if/when you are reasonably sure he's not some goofy-Norman Bates Psycho dude, maybe give him a chance on a safe double date with a friend, or two....How's that sound?

Thats cute!!! he's shy. Is he gonna be able to talk to you on your date. You need to go out with this guy because he liked you so much after one meeting that he was afraid of getting his feeling hurt.

hey go talk to him and see if he is nice then you will know. i've been in a situation like this but i was the persons firend asking a guy out for her and they met again and things blew over and they are still going out
