us women, have very complicated emotions as we all know. she may not want to be with him but she most likely does not want to you to be with him. i think as long as your best friend does have feelings for her ex, you should not be with the ex, if you want to keep your best friend. sometimes the guy may be the real one for you and some how you know it, and then you are the one who has to decide who is worth staying with, your best friend or the guy...
This is very difficult situation for you but I think you should give it some time, and dont act upon it just yet, until you know for sure how bad you want him, and how bad he wants you... good luck

Back away from the ex. If you value your relationship with your best friend and care about your best friend, you never date her ex, no matter what your feelings are. She'll be devastated and in pain and you'd be the cause. Would you want her to date an ex of yours that you're still in love with? How would you feel? Find another guy to like b/c this isn't the guy.

Here you got to decide your bestfriend or a boyfriend. Personally I'd choose the bestfriend.

oooooooooooooo sticky situation. Just talk to ur best friend and tell her u love him and u repect ur friendship with ur best friend but u wanna be with that dude. She may get angry a little while, but shell get over it and be happy for you if shes ur true best friend.
