Do they have salad? I know it kinda sucks to always eat salad but it sounds like your options are limited. Also drink water instead of soda. I worked in a fast food place in high school eventually you'll get really sick of the food they serve there anyway.

There's no way they have a rule against bringing your own food! Are you sure about that? But if you get free food and want to eat there, just make wise choices. You don't have to have a complete value meal with burger, fries and soda. Just have the burger and water or diet soda, or a grilled chicken sandwich or a salad. Moderation is the key. (And be glad you work on your feet! I sit at a desk all day which doesn't lend itself well to burning calories.)

McDonald's has very fattening food. BUT they also have fruit and walnut salad that would make you thin. So choose the best you can or skip a meal there and eat when you get home. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Get a new job. Any restaurant that won't allow you to bring your own food sounds like an awful place to work.Next thing ya know they'll be telling you you can't have a break because they're too busy. Been there, done that.Do yourself a favor and work somewhere else.

CHOOSE THE HEALTHIER MEALS,OR YOU COULD BRING IN YOUR OWN SANDWHICHES AND HEALTHY SNACKS OR FRUITS, I WORKED AT WHITE CASTLE AND THIS IS WHAT I DID. YOUR WORK CAN'T STOP YOU FROM BRINGING IN FOOD IF THEY TRY GO GET A DOCTOR'S NOTE TO ALLOW YOU TO DO THIS, WHAT IF YOU WERE A DIABETIC OR SOMETHING?! GET FOODS THAT DON'T REQUIRE REFRIGERATION, OR THE MICROWAVE--THEY WON'T HAVE A CHOICE.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to enjoy out or order in.
