Do The Thumb and Pinky Count As Fingers ...?

Recently me and a friend have been haveing a disagreement about whter the pinky and thumb should count as finger, I believe that the should because they like all the other fingers are attaches to the hand the thumb may have a slight chance of being not considered a finger butthe pinky most vertainly counts.My friendbelieves however that weonly rlyhave 6 fingers....

Thumbs are often excluded as fingers, but pinkies count. It's because the thumb is "opposable" and can be maneuvered separately from the other fingers. But in common terms, it should be considered a finger like the rest of them.

Yes, your Pinky and Thumb are count as fingers. Just because your Pinky is smaller that the others doesn't mean it is let important. The Thumb may like to hang out by itself, but it is still just one of your fingers.

the pinky is i mean look at the 3 fingers you have... they are just like it only its shorter, the thumb is an appendage that separates us from the rest of the animal kingdom, however it would still be classified as a finger by me due to the fact that it is like the others only half the size

it does not sound broke to me, could be if u try taping your pinky to the finger beside it, this would help to maintain it right now, or larger yet get it regarded at on the medical doctors. in simple terms nicely suited success
