No, they had the same view after Paul's conversion.

Let me show you a couple of examples:
Mat 19:16-19
(16) And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
(17) And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
(18) He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
(19) Honour thy father and [thy] mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Jesus pointed this man to the ten commandments, and summarized it by saying "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself."

Luk 10:25-27
(25) And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
(26) He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
(27) And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

Again, Jesus pointed this man to the law of God as it is written in Exodus 20.

Rom 13:9-10
(9) For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if [there be] any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
(10) Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love [is] the fulfilling of the law.

Paul listed the last five commandments and summarized it by saying that "love is fulfilling (keeping, obeying) the law."

They said the same thing regarding the law, it is kept by showing love to others.

Jesus wrote The Law... when God's people rejected Him The Law was made inaplicable, as a work for Salvation, to the Gentiles(and the Jews). Paul was a devout Jew, and followed The Law,untill Jesus revealed Himself to Paul. From that time on Paul taught Jesus' teachings as they applied to the Gentiles.

Yes Paul was more literal minded and did not quite believe in Jesus.
While Jesus was more open minded about the interpretations of Jewish laws as he was a rabbi and the son of the Jewish God.
