If all the points you presented are true, then just as you said, you're going to be okay after you die. Life your live as you please because there are no consequences in the afterlife.
But what if what the Bible says is all true? What if it's true that you will burn for all eternity? What if it's true that you would be able to feel every pain in hell? What if the God you refuse to believe in is real?
Then you've just lost everything. It's too much of a gamble. Your points are interesting but are full of loopholes. I'm assuming you are not a spirit yet since you are still with us, so how would you know?

I'm agnostic, so follow me here.
For the sake of arguement, assume there is a hell. Then, realize that just because you have no material form doesn't mean you can't feel pain. Simply because physical stimulus is what causes you to feel pain doesn't mean that there's nothing else that can cause you to feel that.
A spirit doesn't need a brain, it just needs a mind and some way to experience phenomena. If your spirit is a consciousness that can feel pain, your arguement essentially fails.
Granted, you can just dismiss the existence of the spirit and be done with it, but if that's your idea, then youj might as well just say that instead of give a contrived arguement
But I'm agnostic, so what do I know?

Go ahead and act like a fool! Live life to the fullest without a care in the world. Drink alcohol limitlessly, sleep with countless partners, cuss and swear, and live like a mangy dog. Don't pass up any opportunity, no matter what you have got to do to get the success you desire. Money and power is the key to happiness right?
WRONG! Go ahead with your show of ignorant sarcasm. I say ignorant because you are obviously uneducated concerning the Bible and its promises. Maybe you are knowledgeable of such things, and then you are simply silly. I am here to tell you that you should be scared. The life we live here is temporary and about to end so very soon. Eventually we will be judged and thereby sent to where we belong, whether it be heaven or hell. People think their life here on earth is rough but what they fail to realize is that Hell is far worse than the human mind can imagine.
Look at the situation like this my brother. What is the harm in living a righteous life and serving the God in heaven? You die and get to see those loved ones who went on before you, granted they were saved as well. You live for eternity in a place so beautiful and peaceful. But if you choose the reckless lifestyles, then you are doomed to what guarantees to be like a second death that last forever. Pain and torment that can’t ever be stopped, no matter how you plead and beg. I don’t wish hell on my worst enemy.
Lastly, just suppose that there is no God, Heaven, or Hell like all the atheists have been saying for years. Then when you die you can say that you lived a good life and was indeed a good person. But let me tell you the truth brother in plain English. There is a God, a Devil, a Heaven, and a Hell. God wants to save you from the devil and the devil wants to steal you away from God. Just like a kid that gets in trouble, he too wants to take as many people down with him when the time comes. It takes faith and perseverance. Don’t die only to find out you were wrong!

Oh, are those the reasons? I thought it had to do with this verse from the Bible which I'm sure you've had people point out to you in the past.
Psalms 14:1 To the choirmaster. Of David. The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds, there is none who does good.
The word "fool" here doesn't mean someone who is stupid. It refers to people who lack sense because they are so filled with self will and pride and so determined to be the "god" of their own life that they deny the evidence of the Creation.
Psalms 19:1 To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. 2 Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. 3 There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard.
Most people when they look up at the sky and see an orderly universe and wonder about how all of the things in the heavens and on earth came into existence say "You know, there has got to be something out there that goes beyond my experience and understanding to explain all of this" and that's how their mind starts to open up to the concept of God.

Hello friend,
You've made six interesting points about a spirit.
May I sincerely ask for your source of documentation?
When I'm asked a question, I'll go to God's Book, or give my opinion
if appropriate, or outright say I don't know.
But friend, I am curious, you being atheist, and not believing in God who created spirit, isn't it a bit of a contradiction to claim knowledge about that which you say does not exist?
God said He is Spirit. John 4:24... I challenge you to read it.
Finally friend, my only desire is to show you truth. Not force it on you. Believe what you want. Or... just this once, hear my words and gain Eternal Life through Jesus Christ. And you'll know the joys of Heaven.
Refuse them, and you'll know the terrors of Hell.
God bless you as you proceed,
2 Tim. 2:7

you are right about one thing, and that is the myth about hell, the myth about burning foreverbut the devil is real and so is God anyway this teaching of Hell is not only not from God but he would not even think about doing that, burning someone for ever that is not even in his heart since he is love he would rather give you the free gift of life! And he does not want any to be destroyed. But wants all to come to an acurate knowledge of him that is why he provided the Bible for all and why he comands his followers to tell people about him!But that teaching actually comes from the devil who wants to blacken Gods Namemake people think he is evil

My basically concern is having human beings's religions shoved in my face at each and every threat! Why can not you basically have faith what you like to have faith and circulate away human beings to stay their lives the way they desire to? The consistent 'questions for atheists' carnival gets top on my nerves! actuality - sperm has to circulate right into a woman's physique to be sure that her to have a newborn actuality - you have not any easily evidence that God, Jesus, Adam, Noah, Moses etc ever existed. it quite is in simple terms what you suspect to be genuine. actuality - on account that Atheists don't have faith in heaven or hell your question is pointless!

they must feel something because the ones in the bible didn't want to be sent to hell.
Then their are psychics who talk to spirits and they talk back according to one of those famous psychics like Sylvia Brown .
Their are people who claim they have had encounters with spirits say they talk and some have groaned in agony ---something about not having done something right when they were living.... I'm just showing you what others say who believe in spirits---
So can everybody be right about what spirits can or can't feel ?

You are very much deceived, my friend. I know for a fact that there is no rest for the wicked because you are consistently coming to a section where believers are and is continually protesting your unbelief. The bible says that there will be gnashing of the teeth which is part of the flesh. Just as you are of no rest here on Earth because of sin then it will be also in HELL.
I pray that you will be given another opportunity before it's too late!
Shalom

I seldom read question that refer to heaven or hell because my religion doesn't include those concepts--but your question caught my interest. You've made some very good points. I don't know whether you believe in souls or not, but I do. And I agree that a soul would not sense things the way that a human body would. "If" there were a hell (or a heaven) the physical or material things in it would be useless. In fact, they would probably seem trivial. Thanks for the food for thought.
