Dude you think they are mean? Talk to Christian Anarchists...They believe their god is the only person they have to answer too...real bitches the lot of them.
No one follows the bible anymore..no one. Show me one person who follows the whole Christian bible....they don't exist.
I wouldn't worry about them...Kinda like gnats

I am a Christian. I do agree that many fundamentalist Christians are saying hateful things. I wish that the SPIRIT of GOD was in all of them. Unfortunately, the SPIRIT is NOT with them. I believe that the spirit of the Devil is working through many of them. However, many are truly preaching the truth and displaying a right spirit. It's hard, unless you know what to look for, to tell who has a right spirit and who doesn't.

The Christian life will seem senseless to the world. But beware: "If any among you thinks he is wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is folly with God. For it is written, "He catches the wise in their craftiness, and again, 'The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, and they are futile'" I Corinthians 3:18-20 "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," declares the LORD" Isaiah 55:8 We must trust Him. However, hatefulness is not a sign of the true Christian -- the fruits of the spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control -- Galations 5:22. Although much of Christianity in America today is cultural, you will know the true Christians by their love for God and for men, and by these fruits. Matt 22:28. The true Christians love Christ and obey his commands -- Matt 7

I used to be a fundamentalist, and when I was truly enlightened and found what I know to be the spirit of Christ, the fundamentalists attacked me.
That hateful spirit is not of God and even Christ says that he will tell them to depart from him you workers of iniquity on that day.
Everyone needs to humble him/herself and learn to love each other, gays, Jews, atheists, pagans, etc.... Ask God to let you feel their pain and it becomes very easy.

To be fair, if you're Christian, you believe non-christians are going to hell correct? So then by that logic, it's the only alturistic thing to do to attempt to save people from hell. The problem is when the evangelism becomes confused and is turned to hatred...

According to Christ you are condemning yourself when you judge others. Why do enjoy condemning yurself?
