One day at a time Katelyn. Calm down. The one thing that stays the same in this world is the everything is always changing. Your hormones are making you crazy, but things will calm down again. Hang in there.

Pubery is normal in every teenager, the change is a good thing not a bad thing. Nothing to be worried about do what you usely do. Chat with friends or play sports or anything to rid the idea of it. If will go away I promise. Hope this helps.

Dont worry... It will all be over soon enough... everything that is happening is normal and just try to go through it ok. Talk to someone you trust about all that's happening to you. Tjhat ALWAYS helps!! :)
Don't listen to anybody that's trying to get u a hard time... just ignore them, and always when u are having a tough time, remember that u are going to finally be a real woman... that thought is always exciting....
Well... Good luck, sweetie, hang in there!!

It's normal. You'll get used to it but if you really feel uncomfortable go to a doctor and get a prescription for some pain relievers or some other recommendations.

Puberty hits everyone. Everything will change and you will like that change. Not many people want to stay as young as you are. We are who we are, we age. The more we age, the more we experience and the more we change. We all change.
