JESUS was referring to a spiritual "rebirth". We are ONLY born once from our mothers.
This should answer your question better than I could:
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

(John 3:5-8) 5Â Jesus answered: “Most truly I say to you, Unless anyone is born from water and spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6Â What has been born from the flesh is flesh, and what has been born from the spirit is spirit. 7Â Do not marvel because I told you, YOU people must be born again. 8Â The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So is everyone that has been born from the spirit.”

He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of
God does not have life. 1 John 5:12
The good news is that the spiritually dead sinner, separated
from God, can be made spiritually alive, reconciled to God, and
come under the blessings of God through saving faith in Jesus
Christ! One way Jesus defined this new spiritual life was by the
term “born again.”
In John 3:1–21, a man named Nicodemus visits Jesus privately
at night, presumably because he did not want to be seen visiting
the controversial Christ by his colleagues. Nicodemus was a member of the Israelite ruling council called the Sanhedrin. He was also a Pharisee (a member of the most religious sect of Judaism) living in Jerusalem. Pharisees believed in the truth of Scripture, the existence of the invisible spirit realm and of angels, and the miraculous. This man, Nicodemus, attempted to live strictly according to the Law of Moses, besides the traditions Pharisaism added to God’s Word. He worked to follow all ceremonial law and religious observance. Christ would astound him by explaining that being born again and not good works would be sufficient for Nicodemus’ salvation.
When Nicodemus visited Christ, he said that “we [Pharisees]
know that you [Jesus Christ] are a teacher who has come to us
from God” (John 3:2). Nicodemus understood that miracles performed by Jesus were by the authority and power of God. Yet when Jesus replied to Nicodemus, He spoke of the need for even the ultra-religious Nicodemus to be “born again.” Jesus, being in very nature God, knew the sin in men’s hearts (John 2:25). It is important to note that Nicodemus, though by today’s standards extraordinarily religious, was uncertain of receiving eternal life in Heaven!
What does the phrase “born again” (used so loosely today in
popular culture), specifically mean? Nicodemus asked Jesus, “How can a man be born when he is old? Surely he cannot enter a second time into His mother’s womb to be born!” (John 3:4). With an illustration of the new, spiritual birth (being born again from Heaven), Jesus explained. The first birth is a natural, or physical, birth. To be born again is to be given eternal life by God through the Holy Spirit. Jesus explained that the Holy Spirit (the third person of the Godhead) is powerful and unseen—like the wind itself.
To “believe” in Jesus Christ is to trust (a one-time act performed
in sincerity) in Christ’s taking our sins upon Himself through His
death on the cross and His subsequent resurrection and appearance before many witnesses.
When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with eloquence or
superior wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God.
For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except
Jesus Christ and him crucified. 1 Corinthians 2:1–2

No, he does not enter again into his mother's womb. He is born again through Jesus by surrendering to Him and having his sins forgiven so that he may have everlasting life. Meaning, when his life on earth is over, he shall not die a spiritual death, but live with God the Father in a place where there is no pain, sickness, sorrow or sin, for eternity

John 3:5-8 (KJV)
5Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. 7You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You[c] must be born again.' 8The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."

Well the reality of it is, Its fake. The hindu were the first to use this method as a way of explaining death. They feared Death So much that they created the logic of being Born again. that way they would have the thought that they would have multiple amounts of time to re-do life and that death was not the final curtain call.

They aren't talking of a fleshly born again. They are talking of a spiritual born again. People who are "born again" are talking about the baptism. When people are baptized they are leaving behind the fleshly body and taking on the spiritual body. They are trying to live their lives according to the teachings of the Bible. They are children learning to live. Will they make mistakes? Yes, that's the only way we learn. People who are "born again" are children stumbling on the path to righteousness.
