Definitely Toyota. Both Toyota and Honda are reliable but I heard Toyota last longer. Also, statistically, toyota camry is sold way more than the honda accord so you probably should get that. Other than that, read some users review.

Both Hondas and Toyotas are durable and should easily get 300000 km on the motor. Currently I drive an '84 Toyota Corolla. Just spent $700 getting it to pass inspection. Only has 182000 km on it though. It is body work, shocks ball joints that were the problem. If I ever get to choose my next car I would like a Honda Civic. I miss the one I had.

The Camry is rated higher according to Consumer Reports. go online and check it yourself.
P.S. The 2000 Saturn SL series are extremely reliable as well.

Yes, the Toyota Camry is the best rated for being able to withstand decades of use without a breakdown.

I would go with which ever one is in the best shape. Toyota will traditionally have fewer problems, but I believe between the two, it depends on how they were cared for.
