Perhaps you should look for God in places other than Christianity, who says you have to go to church to worship? Religion isn't so important as a relationship with God. I'm not really religious, but I sometimes talk to God, even if I'm not sure of God's existence.
I wouldn't take anything that "Christians" on this site say too seriously, they are often just heretics or hypocrites who don't follow the teachings of their own alleged religion.
Don't let others ignorance and arrogance ruin your faith, because once faith is lost, it is hard to gain back.
Keep searching.
Being a teenager sucks pretty hardcore, especially when everyone around you is bashing you for your faith or lack thereof. Just keep on keeping on, and you'll get through it eventually, and here is the best place to vent your anger. Letting it out here and maybe irritating only people who you don't know and will most likely never meet is better than isolating yourself from friends and family.

Because they refuse to believe that one can have faith in something outside of God. Humanists, scientists, Taoists, Confucians... It is possible to have a hopeful outlook on the universe at large and humanity in particular, without God telling you how to do it. Have faith that there is Good in all people. Have faith that science can find answers, even if we don't know the answer right now. Have faith that reason and compassion will lead us to Truth. We don't always have to have an explanation for things-- famine, death the creation of the universe. If we can let go of that nagging "why", the world is a lot more beautiful sometimes... Funny thing is, most people have to have someone to thank for it.
May Whoever or Whatever bless you on your spiritual journey, and screw those idiots who try to tell you you're doing it wrong.

Be warned, this is by far the longest answer I have written. Do my a favor, read it all. I'm sure we don't try to. In all honesty, finding of Faith is best suited in a church. If anywhere, it is not made for the Internet. Now, on a more educational/helping note, it depends on what help you want? Is it proof? Is it salvation? What is it you want from the Faith you wish to pursue? If it is proof, then you are in deep misfortune as the Christan faith has no proof at all. If its salvation the all I can say is to find it in literature or a teacher. Find a kind hearted person who has read many a books and consult him or her.
On behalf of my Christan brothers and sisters I apologize for any disturbance their rudeness has caused you but, for the time being I must ask you not to refer to all Christan's as people who insult you intentionally. I for one am nothing like that.

Because they are Christians. Proud sponsors of the Inquisition, Witch Hunts, secret participants in the Holocaust, and wars without number. Find some better friends. If it's faith you are after, you have to grow that on your own.
Good luck, but stop asking the Christians for anything.

I read your question and you even asked about the possibility of God. Maybe he was upset because you question the fact that maybe God did not create him and the universe. I agree, many people come here looking for faith and ask questions about him, but some of the Christians just assume that if you ask, you don't believe.

Your first mistake is trying to look for help from the loosers and nerds at YA... This isn't a place to find real help from Christians... people here just want to have fun... this is entertainment not church... if you want Christians to help you then find a local church and go there to meet Christians in person... No one can see you on YA and no one knows that you are trying to find faith in something...
Your second mistake is believing that people are really Christians here... there are a TON of Atheists here posing as Christians to try and make us look bad... they are truly wolfs in sheeps clothing... don't take it so personally...

It seems over half the people on ANSWERS is not as Christian as they profess and have as much business answering questions as they do being a consultant for NASA (heaven forbid if they actually do).
So please don't think that every sarcastic or idiotic remark to your questions reflect on true Christianity. It seems now days anyone who believes there is a God calls himself a Christian yet has not the foggiest idea of what its about.
Best wishes to you and may God above, help you in understanding.

Religion is based on faith. If a person's faith is insecure or contradicted by facts (or they perceive that it is being contradicted) then they will strike out. Not all Christians/Jews/Islams/anybody else are insecure. The ones that are are the loudest.

i ought to assert that it is because they comprehend that regardless of the reality that reason in the back of god they have would not extremely make experience and they could be laughed at even more effective than they're in the following. Or they prefer to attempt to get people to believe by the lies they tell hoping some people wont comprehend that that's a lie.
