When you die you either go to heaven or hell, after the judgment you will go to the new Jerusalem or the bottomless pit. If you are a born again Christian or a Messianic Jew you will go to heaven.

if there is no heaven?? Wow. I never though about that...I guess I never thought about it because I know that there is. And if there isn't...well, there is no 'if there isn't' for me. But I'd rather live right then be rewarded with heaven than live with no structure then find out it was all true (god, heaven, hell...etc)

In eternity it is either Heaven or Hell.
I am not worthy to enter Heaven at death, so I will look forward to a time in purgatory. (BTW - purgatory is for those going to Heaven. If one is going to end up in Hell, there is no in between place.)

After you die, you first go to Purgatory. After that, God decides whether you're going to Heaven or Hell. And most people would prefer to go to Heaven. I can only pray and have faith that God doesn't send me to hell.

most religions believe that you will spend eternity in either heaven or hell...so if you don't make it into heaven, then your *** is going to go to hell forever...but to answer your question, i never think of myself as going to hell. i don't think anybody actually thinks that they will spend eternity in hell after they die. cuz if people did think that way, then people would be more conscious of their actions and try to improve themselves.

No, I won't be rejected from Heaven when I die because I won't show up expecting to be let in on the basis of how "good" I have been. I'll show up with nothing but faith in the love of God who even while I was his enemy in my mind, called me to Him through Jesus who paid my sin debt in full. That's how we know the love of God.
Colossians 1:21 And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled 22 in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach before Him-- 23 if indeed you continue in the faith, having been founded and firm and not drifting away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which was proclaimed to all creation under heaven, of which I, Paul, became a minister.
1 John 4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if in this way God loved us, indeed we ought to love one another. 12 No one has ever seen God. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 13 (By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.) 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world.
15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 16 And we have come to know and believe the love which God has in us. God is love, and he that abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 17 By this love has been perfected with us: that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because just as He is, we also are in this world. 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment. But he that fears has not been made perfect in love.
