Forgive him for his shortcomings. He can't help it if he's an a*sshole. Too bad all he has is physical beauty to offer. That gets old quickly. And it doesn't last. Feel sorry for him for being so shallow, and move on. Thank him for the life lessons he taught you about what to avoid.....take the high road and do not devote any energy to spiteful actions. That's bad karma. You have better things to do.....
