go and buy prell shampoo, or try dishwashing soap. They both "strip" the hair and should do the trick.

Use paint thinner or gasoline to get the paint out. Then shampoo. Just be careful using gasoline...no open flames or smoking!

Any kind of oil other than motor..haha. Actually if you do an oil conditioning treatment and use your fingers to gently slip the paint off your hair, you'll be killing two birds with one stone.

Let time take care of it. If you "wanted" to color your hair, you'd have to use dye. Paint, they'd tell you, just won't last. Wear a hat for a while?

don't use anything harsh that might burn the hair off. ..
try something slick like cream rinse or baby oil and work it out with your fingers and a thin toothed comb.
ice may also freeze it enough to 'break' it loose from the hair.

Baby oil, clear baby OIL, not the white, creamy, lotion type. If it's latex paint, it will come off quickly, other paints will take more applications, more effort.
