destroying your trees with spikes and axes- setting up surveillance without a warrant or court order. following you whereever you go and using pepper spray directed at you while riding your motorcycle. tossing out steel plates to inflict injury. and these perps are not held accountable for crimes comitted against you?

Sounds like a really scary, bad movie! Something out of Stephen King.
How can they not be held accountable if you know who they are? Maybe they need to be caught in the act by the police? Unless...they are the police. In which case I would be going straight to the media. They're the only ones who seem to be able to influence the police through exposure.

If your country is serving as a base for terrorists who for years target and kill the prowlers' land's civilians indiscriminately , train suicide bombers and harbor them, and use your house as a base to fire missiles on the prowlers' civilian population and if you are against this actions, you should be happy that someone is finally doing what your government should have done years ago. ..unless you believe, as many people seem to do, that the life of "others" is of no importance and it's fine for them to live in constant fear. The problem with criminals and terrorists is that they expect and want you to respect their rights, while they don't respect other people's.

daniel r has it right on target- get out the shotgun with plenty of ammo in your pocket.homicide is only justifiable if you feel your life is threatened and in this case it most likely would be. be sure of what you are aiming at and before you shoot-- ask them if their life insurance is up to date (lol) if it happens on a daily basis i would set up trip wires and monitors at perimiter of property. if using trip wires- be sure that there high enough so critters dont set them off. use dark colored (black paint) to spray said trip wires. use of 12 guage signaling device works very well. makes one helluva noise. the list goes on but i shouldnt tell you all i know. purchase the army tech manual on improvised gadgets and read up. lots of ways to catch those who do you wrong
