I agree with some of the answers here. The missles came from iran and iran got them from the old soviet union. They passed through syria. they are not as accurate as some would believe. They just got lucky.

Lebanon can buy missles from any source it chooses as a Independant State. They buy them from who ever has the best prices.
So does Iran who were the largest secret buyers of Israeli weapons until 1984.

Lebanon didn't get the missles, Hezbollah did...They came from Iran through Syria. That route has now been cut off so there will be no more shipments to replace what is being used.

I love the answer "from Wal Mart". The rockets are coming from Iran and Syria. Both countries bought these rockets from Russia, especially the Katusha rockets. Russia is our "DEAR" friend and I say they can go to hell. This guy Putin is no friend of the USA and never will be. He holds meetings with Bush and they shake hands and smile for the cameras but don't let those pictures fool you. Russia is not a democracy and never will be with guys like Putin around. Remember he was KGB. Armament is the horror of the world. Everyone sells arms to everyone else. They go for the buck or for political reasons whatever they may be for the moment.

NOT Lebanon- the Hezbollah got huge amounts of arms from Syria and Iran. You must understand the difference: Lebanon is - or should be- a sovereign country, whereas Hezbollah is a terrorist organization, exactly like EL Qaida.

From other countries that support terrorism such as Iran and Syria. They have a huge supply of missiles and other weapons. That's why they have to be knocked out. These are the same terrorists that attacked the US on 9-11.

That's...kinda scary.

If they can knock out Israeli tanks, then they can knock out US M1A2 tanks. Israeli tanks are some of the most well-protected in the world, food for thought.

I don't know why Hezbollah has them and the Iraqi insurgents don't. Hmmm...doesn't matter, Hezbollah is still toast. They have no air power.
