LOCKS OF LOVE WILL NOT HELP YOU!! They are a great organization, but they only make wigs for children with cancer, not adults. You need to call a wig shop. You may not even have enough hair to make a wig.. look into that at a wig shop before cutting it.. if you don't they will be able to help you find a real wig for your mom.. but it will cost money either way

First make sure you have long enough hair to cut at least 10 inches of hair and YOURS still have a cute cut. Then go to a stylist and have her put it in a pony, cut it off, give you a cute cut. Take the pony to a wig making company ( wig shop may be able to help you locate one)...and there you have a wig for your mom from you...how admirable and sweet of you to do.

You need to be able to cut AT LEAST 10" of hair from your head.
You can try calling wig shops and hair salons in your area and see if anyone knows where to send you to have a wig made up.

I agree that you should check out locks of love. You can donate your hair, and they make wiggs for people. it is expensive, but the result can be worth it..

If your hair length is about the same as that of your avatar, you may have to grow it out for a few years.
