Has anybody here taken Latin before?
Is there any website that sells Latin Language books with like a c.d. or an audio to listen too?

This site has a lot of free downloadable books for learning both Latin and Greek, as well as an online community that you can go to for help. I don't think they have audio courses, but you could probably get one from Amazon or Barnes & Noble. I took Latin in high school, Latin & Greek in college, and graduated from college with a BA Classical. I enjoyed it very much, they were the only classes I ever got straight As in, so best of luck to you!

I've taken a couple of night school Latin classes - wish I could afford to take more. The book we used should be available in larger bookstores, and there are companion audio cassettes available (though you'll probably have to special order them). It's the Oxford Latin Course by Maurice Balme & James Morwood, Oxford University Press 1996, ISBN 0195212037 (paperback) or 0195215508 (hardcover). The cassette's ISBN is 0198405618.
There are also lots of online sites for learning Latin. See for example the Cambridge School Classics Project (http://www.cambridgescp.com/ ), Wheelock's Latin's official website (http://www.wheelockslatin.com/ ), or try this unusual take on learning the language: http://www.cherryh.com/www/latin_language.htm
Amazon should have the Oxford Latin course mentioned above, as well as the Complete Idiot's Guide to Learning Latin. Don't speak it but I imagine that it can be found on web-sites in order to be learnt.
