Home made scalp potato's.

Slice you up some potato's with the skin on it. Boil the potato's for about 5 minute. In a sauce pan melt you about a table spoon of butter. Add Velveeta cheese about a cup full (in cubs) stir constantly. You don't want to burn your cheese. Add about 2 table spoons of milk. But it depends on how you want your sauce. Then add you some Garlic & herb(Mrs.Dash) Then put your potatos in the sause. Mix well, and put in a cassarol pan with led and cook for about 10minute on 350 degrees.
