I like paper with handle cause the merchandises don’t fall out as much. I wonder why they don’t make the plastic like that.

If you're talking about payment: At the grocery store, I use plastic almost all of the time. I like the idea of cash though, so I try to carry some whenever possible. Cash is less hassle for small purchases, and it's also pretty anonymous.
If you're talking about bags, I prefer plastic unless it's a small item or I need a paper bag for something.

Paper inside of plastic. Paper bags hold more, but with the plastic bag on the outside, you can still make use of the convenient handles for easy carrying.

Plastic because you can carry quite a few bags at a time, paper is more "environmentally friendly" but a bit of a hassle to carry. Why am I even answering this question...it's kinda silly ;)

I'm not familiar with a store that has paper anymore. So plastic, please. And yes, put the milk in a bag! Why do people always ask me if I want milk in a bag anyways? Lazy.
