if you were playing a sport it means he dominated you but if he just randomly said it to you he was probably high

He was nervous and got it backwards. Where were you when he told you this? He probably meant to say "wow, you just totally rocked me." Meaning, you caught his eye and "wow" he thinks your totally hot. Or,....depending on the situation......what he meant was the affect you had on him not the affect he had on you. Hope this helps.
