Religions are manmade institutions created by groups of people, spirituality is an individual path created by one person and his or her God(s), or lack thereof.

A religious person follows the teachings of man and the institutions that govern that particular group. A spiritual person follows their heart, feelings, and instincts.

Religious people follow some kind of organized worship....they use a bible or some other book to base their practices on. A Spirtual person is more of a believer in life, death, thinking on a higher plane.....but isn't bound by scriptures or dogma. Hope that helped.

A religious person is one who uses a rigid formula of behavior to reach out to God. In addition, they may strive to dictate this formula to others as "the only way". In contrast, the spiritual indidvidual simply allows God to reach out to them. Once they have enjoyed this mystical union they become more whole and rather than relating to others in a dogmatic fashion they respond to others with love and compassion.

*drink* It takes faith for solid human beings to do undesirable issues. no count the form you will choose to costume it up or deny it, religon impacts the perspective and movements of its adherants. " And for people who're no longer religious or despite, you will desire to comprehend that each physique people who've accomplished depraved deeds interior the call of God, would be punished by using God himself" You fail to realize that we don't think in god, and that it is obvious that the shortcoming of evidence means that there is no deities. So how ought to an entity that doesn't exist have impact on our 'destiny'? it particularly is even debatable, as maximum atheists agree that destiny itself is nonexistant. If god does not agree, then why does he no longer do something? you would be able to respond with loose-will, yet while god knows each little thing, then it trumps loose-will. Twisting and puzzling the words of the 'lord'? certainly then you have not examine the OT nor the NT. If it style of feels puzzling or twisted, in step with probability that's because of fact the bible itself is contradictory?

I THINK THAT A RELIGOUS PERSON IS MORE TRADITIONAL, RITUALISTIC, MAYBE A LITTLE UPTIGHT AND MIGHT COME ACROSS JUDGEMENTAL. I THINK THAT A SPIRITUAL PERSON IS A LITTLE MORE LAID BACK AND KINDA HAS A WAY WITH WORDS AND REALLY THINKS ALOT ABOUT DEEPER THINGS--JUST MY OPINION ON THE DIFFERENCES THOUGH.

One worships God, the other worships satan (and is likely too stupid to know what they are doing).
