since 12 hrs ago i had blood in my stool i keep having stomach pain and keep going to the toilet at 1st it was on the tissue but now it was just only pinkish tissue when i pass motion what is happening to me i still having tummy pain after 12 hrs

1stly if you are a girl. when you are having your menses. blood in stool is very common. and thats also explain why you are having stomach pain.
if you are not a girl or not having menses. blood in stool may mean that you are having piles. its a common problem. just eat more fibre and water. 1 more thing, dont strain.
but if you are having stomach pain after 12 hours and the bleeding doesnt stop, you should see a doctor.

It is past time that yu should seek a doctors advice but until then I can give you a couple of things to think about. First, are your stools hard and have they been all this time? If so, and you are straining to go, it could be that you have gotten hemmoroids and in straining, the tissues break open a little and bleed. The stomach pain can be caused from constipation, straining or it can all be a result of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Get to a doctor!

It sounds to me like you have a kidney problem. You need to get to a doctor.
Blood in your stools is not a very good sign.

go to the doctor. You can have a gastric ulcer, and you are bleeding out. You can lose a lot of blood. It may be something less, but it never hurts to find out.

I don't know what the problem is. You should go to the Doctor, or to the ER. This could be really serious, whatever it is. It could be ulcers, cancer, or a million other, very serious things. Please, go now!
