I would like to rescue a Chihuahua. I am not interested in a puppy or back yard breeders. If you know of a reputable Chihuahua rescue organization or if you know of a Chihuahua that needs a good home, please let me know. Thank you.

Wonderful choice on adopting. You will not regret it. Rescues are so appreciative of everything you do for them.

When my niece wanted to rescue a doberman she did a search for "doberman rescue" and found what she wanted.
I don't suggest you do the same but you might try "Chihuahua rescue" A lot of them might have been rescued from the puppy farms or back yard breeders.
Most of them expect you to pay for the expense of rescuing the dog. They have adoption fees.If you just want a free dog that isn't the way to go.

Get the one off of the Taco Bell commercial. That dog needs to be rescued from promoting that crap in a shell...blech..

Good for you!!!
I wish more folks thought like that!
Call a local veterinarian. They have the numbers. Also, animal control and SPCA.
