Cataracts are the natural lenses becoming opaque due to age, medications, trauma, ultra violet (UV) light.

Symptoms are mostly glare, halos around headlights and street lights, blurry vision.

Some nasal steroids bring cateracts on much early. Usually cataracts comes on around 70. It is a film that build up over the lens and causes diffukculty seeing, especially at night due. The rods in the eyes can't take in as much light due to the film thickening.
