Practically nothing. MS Word is a word processor, Turbo C is a programming language. The fact that Word also contains a fairly powerful programming language (Visual Basic) does not really give it much similarity to C at all.

The only similarity, really, between C and Visual Basic is that they are both Object Oriented programming languages but whereas C can be used to compile standalone applications Visual Basic for Word cannot, since it is designed for creating macros for use in the Word Processor.
