I have a cell phone from alltel, the plan has ran out. can i get a plan with someone else?

i want to know since i already have a cell phone can i get another plan with someone else?

I meant to add, another plan with the same phone, i have a motorola 120e

Verizon Wireless can usually activate Alltel wireless phones

If your cellie is unlock and the other cellie provider use the same GSM network than yes. Just install a new sim card from the new provider and you should be all good.

You can go to another plan, but I doubt you can use anyone elses phone.
