The little ones. Did you know that there is no such thing as a "baby carrot" (as the bagged ones claim)? The little ones we buy are just chunks of bigger "deformed" carrots that were skinned and cut down to look cute.

Depends on mood and price. If I want to snack, baby carrots. Cooking I'll use what I have. Carrot soup needs the regular carrots.

Big carrots! I find small ones more juicy, but the big ones i find have more of a crisp garden grown taste. Even better, I grow my own so I know what happens to my veggies before I eat them.
