That is so sweet.
Tell them, in your own words, how grateful you are that they did such a great job raising you. Because of them you are now comfortable facing the world.
Then, say thank you for being such wonderful parents.

I think that it is really nice of you to want to thank your parents for their help in raising you...I must say that they did a GREAT job!!!
Maybe you could take them out for a nice dinner and give them a sweet thank you card and just tell them how much that they mean to you and that you appreciate them for everything that they have done!!

Thank them for bringing you in this world. Thank you for being there when needed a dad, a mom, or a friend. I thank you for all the things that you've done to me and for showing me your love. I may not be a perfect daughter and I'm so sorry for that. And for me I'm so blessed to have a father and mother like you. I love you.

Write them a thank-you card, include your thoughts & feelings of gratitude for them. They'll like it & refer to it as & when they're free & be reminded of your gratitude to them.
Thank them verbally now & then for this & that, to appreciate them.
But them a gift now & then, that you're thinking of them.
Give them a BIG hug, if appropriate, to show your love for them.
