Getting her mad is a BAD way to break up with her!!! That'll make it worse.
I think your best bet is, saying something like, 'I do like you as a person, I'm just not ready for a relationship yet... I want to be single for a while.' Something like that. The best thing is, though, break it off. Don't keep it dragging on, treating her badly - it'll really mess her around if you do that.
Good luck!

some tips
1. Do not avoid the subject. It's best to get it over with as soon as possible. The longer you wait the harder it will get.
2. Remain calm. You don't want to stir up mixed emotions or send mixed signals. It could only make it worse.
3. Talk about it. It's always best to state your opinion on why you want to break up. This is so your 'someone' (soon to be ex.) will not question it and think there may still be something between you. Try not to blame each other, it only makes things worse and may cause aggressiveness.
4.It's always best to do it in person, unless of course this person is abusive by any means. Then it's best to either call or write a letter, even better, have a friend tell the person. It's a horrible way to break up, but if it's a last resort, do it.
5.After the break up, do not go back -- no matter what. You broke up for a reason, remember it. You might think this person has changed, but they truly haven't. People do not change over short periods –- no matter how convincing that person might be.
Of course, there are always exceptions to rules. One may be able to go back to someone they were with, if the reason is not a big one. For example, distance. If two broke up because of distance, it would be easy for them to get back together later on without any serious problems – same thing holds true for misunderstandings.

Well, firstly I just gotta say that I'm like you and I really don't like to say no. So one day I'll probably be in your situation. So here's what I'd do. First you gotta find out if she really likes you and why she likes you. This is where it could get hard. If she sincerely likes you for who you are then I'd say you're kind of stuck, but I'm sure other people could give some advice about that. If she likes you for another reason, for example, if she likes you only because you're rich or something, then I say you should just tell her that you don't really feel like being in a relationship. And if that doesn't work, you could say that you feel like she's rushing into the relationship and you need time to think about it. That will give you time to think about what to say without hurting her feelings.
I don't really know how much help I've been...but I tryed!
Good Luck!

It all depends how crazy she is. If she is a nice girl, then step 1 you go, I'm not ready to settle down, don't want to break your heart--I'm an honest guy and I just can't be there for you. Then you go to step 2 avoid her like the plague, so you don't encourage her to try to change your mind.

If she's crazy, just go straight to step 2 and avoid her like the plague. Don't take her calls and don't be there for her no matter what she says, no matter who in the family dies, no matter how many late night voicemails you get. Now, this can take a while, but don't give up hope. Her girfriends all the while encourage her that she is being disrespected and should give up on you. They may even find you and insult you personally, so just act like you are busy and this does not upset you. They will report back to her. Goal is then--she will be seen with someone else before you are seen with someone else.

The best way to do anything in life is by being direct and honest. You can do that without having to hurt someones feelings. Be kind and gentle in the process. Learning to say NO will stop you and others from a lot of heartache.

Hey- First of all you are not in a serious relationship here, so technically its not breaking up! Be honest with the person, "I am not interested in going out with you, but hey "lets be friends". Ok, its a little cliche' but how else you gonna do it? Also, like making he mad won't hurt? Just B Honest!

I don't think there is a best way to break up with someone. Good luck but a bit of advise: either way it goes someone is going to be mad.

be honest with her, no mind games. There is no way to break up without hurting feeling. Tell her the truth and hopefully she can be as mature as you are trying to be by being honest with her.Good luck!!
