My favorites were Johnny West & his horse Thunderbolt. Was about the size of a Barbie & came with all kinds of neat cowboy accesories. As an added bonus, he was made out of rock hard molded plastic so I could clock my sister with him. Also loved the Creepy Crawler Thing Maker, possibly the most dangerous toy at the time. I'm sure it couldn't be sold now in that original form. It had metal mold plates you filled with this goopy plastic stuff & heated up to about 500 degrees to cook them. Had creepy crawlers, fun flowers, all kinds of molds. I was over it by the time the edible ones came out but I'm sure they were pretty icky.

My girl is 15 mths old. Her current fav toy would be the barney soft toy. She just wouldn't let it go as long as she sees it.

My daughter loves to pretend to be a mommy like me, so i bye her baby dolls and a stroller. My son (now 6) used to love to play with thomas the tank engine train with the buildable track set.

Each of my children are different. The eight year old liked playing with creative stuff and loved to color and use markers, stuff like that. My four year old loves to tote stuff around in bags. She loves to be able to take things out and put them back in again. Also she loves to pretend. My almost two year old loves rough play, she's the tomboy. Climbing, running, throwing, and the like.

When I was that age, I loved playing with pots, pans, and any type of kitchen utensil available (non-sharp, of course). They were inexpensive and lasted a long time, and I could play house with them when I got older.
