NAY!!! My hair was either frizzy from not using enough, or greasy from using too much.. I couldn't get a good amount.

Do you have curly hair? If so, try either Biolage curl defining creme or Paul Mitchell Round Trip.. I can use a ton with out getting greasy or crunchy (in case I use too much) But usually just a little is good. I use more on humid days and I never get frizz

If you have frizz try a good moisturing conditioner from a salon.. frizzy hair is usually dry

Eh. I've used it and thought it felt heavy on my hair, almost greasy. If you do try it, use very little at a time.
