No! If you are not married to the person you had a child with you get 17% taken out of every check. you wont even see that percent it will be gone before you get your check! If you end up getting placement of the child and the other person does not than you will receive the support! Otherwise the way the law is now and Support Kids program you wil have to pay. You can also sign over your rights to the child. Meaning you will have no contact and not be a part of the childs life. Once you sign rights you cant go back after the child nothing. You are no longer a part of that childs life.
My advice the child is the innocent one and they can give you so much in life. So choose well. Good luck

Not usually, if the party seeking support knows what they're doing. Basically, Marine Corps policy is that the Marines will not serve as a haven for members who fail to support their children or other family members who are entitled to support. Support is enforced through the command, and it can be a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice to fail to pay proper support.
Support is governed by Chapter 15 of the Marines Legal Admin Code. Below is a link to the code. Please read it, and then seek legal advice accordingly.

I don't believe there are any regulations or laws that say a US Marine can avoid paying child support. It will be collected from your pay or income taxes, just like every other paying parent.
I find it strange that you don't want to support your own children, but yet support a whole nation. Re-think your question. Your children didn't ask to be born and need you to help them to grow up financially. Do the right thing.

Not if paternity is already established. However under the Soldiers and Sailors act of 1946, you have some defenses if sued for paternity, or anything else, while on active duty, especially if you are overseas. If you signed up to be daddy then open your wallet cause your scrued

Are you asking - Does the government allow you - as a Marine - to have an "free pass" and your penis's actions don't count?
Which other rules do you think you can not obey because you are a Marine?
Take responsibility for your actions. This is what a good soldier and good American does.

Any person (man or woman) that conceives child and then separate from each other that's if you ever were even "together" , The parent that doesn't live and take care of the child must pay child support
NO ONE IS EXEMPT , yes not even you .

yes he can.all he has to do, is take a paternity test.once you find out the kid isn't yours ,your home free.or you can be killed in action. that is always the best way.that way you won't find out that your wife was screwing around on you.or your ex-wife has to remarry which is good for the kid it will be with it's real dad.

No. Being in the military does not exempt you from your responsibility as a father.
