Its hard to find themed bathroom stuff that doesn't look cheesy or freakish, but maybe you can find a good alternative! If you want to go with a completely themed bathroom, here are some sites that may help:

Remember that a project like this could be really fun for a Do-It-Yourself kind of thing- Call ahead to garage or yard sales and see if they have any poker parifinalia, or check at your local Goodwill, and craft your own bathroom out of actual stacks of chips, poker tables, green felt, or art out of cards. You could even have a guy's night of poker and take black and white pictures- get some 'old school' frames and hang them like art- that way it is more personal than something storebought. If you do decide to do something yourself, be sure you stick to colors that go with your theme: black, white and red (like cards), or green and black (like a poker table)

Going outside your own boundaries can be fun as well: painting really large card symbols (spade, diamond, heart and club) in black and red on a white wall can have just as much effect as a cool art piece, and gives it a modern twist.
