That is totally as much as the American trade econonmy. If there are ample Muslim staff to make it financially viable to accomodate them, ie, there are the sort of colossal quantity of staff with this want that the service provider will honestly unfastened the employees via now not complying --- then the trade will meet the employee's needs. What will have to NOT occur is that gov't step in and make employers accomodate the employees. That is niether condusive to freedom or economic climate. On the opposite hand, I have obvious employees take 5 - 6 "fifteen minute" smoke breaks in a single eight hour day -- so I do not know the way an service provider who tolerates that form of foolishness (now not pronouncing that the meatpacking plant in query does, brain you)but when an service provider places up with that nonsense, how can they then deny the official prayer request of its staff?

FAJR:The time of Fajr salaah(prayer)starts after the break of dawn and ends when the sun starts rising above the horizon.
DHUHR:The time of dhuhr salaah starts after midday and ends in the arternoon when the length of the shadow of an object becomes twice the height of the object in the sunlight.
