NO it doesn't for sure mean that you don't Love him - there could be a lot of factors that could determine why you don't know..
1. your age
2. your not ready
3. you have been hurt and don't want to be again (guarding yourself)
4.It is too soon
IF you like the way the relationship is going don't worry too much about the love thing but.... just remember that one day you might find that you really don't love him and it may be too late to do anything so make sure you listen to your heart and don't rush into anything...

Probably. When you truly love someone, there's a chemistry that's undeniable. There is usually no wavering doubt, and the feeling is so intense it consumes you. Also, your age may be a factor here. How old are you? If you're under 20 years old, most likely you are not yet sure exactly what love means to you. Everyone's idea of love is different, and it's more than just a feeling. The older you get, the more sure you become of what you expect from a man, and the more you will appreciate that man when you find him. You will also have no doubt that you love him, and he's the one for you.

Yes, if you don't know whether you love him or not, that means that you don't. Even if you thought that you loved him, that wouldn't mean that you really did love him. A person can get very confused between physical attraction and love, especially if they are having sex with each other. Unfortunately, it took me a long time to learn that.

Love is a choice, you can choose to love someone. the answer to your question may be as simple as realizing that "love" is NOT that warm fuzy feeling you get somtimes.
