A close friend recently had her husband walk out on her, so I invited her to cheer her up.

One of the other guests invited the husband.

The cooking was fine.

Yes, try cooking dinner during a driving hailstorm with a tornado that follows close behind. That's a TRUE recipe for disaster- and it happened to me in April of 2003.

Try to find a local place that teaches you how to cook....i found one were i live and you can take classes independently or with friends....i did it with friends and it was really fun....it was ia step-by-step process on how to cook 10 meals..and it was an affordable....i am sure they have some sort of place where you live....that or watch a 30-minute meal program on tv or buy a cookbook.

The only way to make a better recipe for disaster is to add one housebreaking hussy(the husband was probably leaving your friend for) to the party and stir.

I cup of forgiveness
I cup of love
I cup of sorry
I cup of hope
Mix together well and serve at once and if this doesn't suffice then walk away and let them get on with it themselves.
