The Dollar store and the local grocery store have cheap food and litter for the kitty until you get back on your feet. HOWEVER, if you can not afford to take care of her please do her a big favor and give her to someone or a care facility that can.

buy the no name stuff...with the litter buy a box of baking soda and mix it in well and you have saved yourself a bundle
