A titty twister is one grabs someones nipple in between there index and thumb, pinches and twist there nipple as to try to take it off. It is very painfull. Growing up we used to do it to eachother and tell the person getting "twisted" to try and whistle...almost impossible.
Nothing to worry about, just a childish game young boys play

You should definitely help him. If he is at a friends house and they are doing that to him then they aren't his real friends. A titty twister is when you grab the nipple really hardly and twist it really far. They can cause serious bruises and they can make you bleed. They hurt more than paper cuts.

A titty twister is when someone grabs a guyz tit and twists it. If it is bleeding, that is pretty bad. I would have him bandaid it up and just keep checkin on it. P.S. Is your son hott?

His 14 year old friends have grabbed his nipple and twisted it. The only way to check to see how serious is is to take a look at his chest.
