When I make-out with my boyfriend, I usually feel like carressing him near/on his genital region. He's a bit morally uptight though, and I don't want to scare him away or have him think I'm moving too fast. Any advice?

You should really slow down. His morals are probably playing a part, but if he's inexperienced he will feel very strange with your hand there. It may be causing him some discomfort. He probably does not want to push you away, but he is not used to it. It's like tickling: the feeling is always much more intense when someone else does it to you. If you badly want to touch him, you should be slow and gentle with your touch. But be warned: if he does not think the relationship is advanced enough for that sort of thing, he will be very uncomfortable. Good luck!

ask him if he's comfortable with it. it might sound stupid but guys like when they know what's going on. or you could touch his chest or stomach and then look him in the eyes as if asking and he'll tell you.

just talk to him, and tell him that you like to do that, and think its a natural thing for a relationship to proceed past just kissing.
offer to let him do it to you?
what ever you do, talk to him and make sure you guys understand each other.

Give it time, your guy will give you cues when he's ready to move further. You could also ask him if it's ok to touch.
