I have an old friend over right now and we started to get into it about some girl from 2 years ago. He kicked a hole in my wall so I stabbed his arm with a kitchen knife. He flipped out and as we wrestled around I got cut too, I am HIV positive and I was so pissed I made sure to mix our blood together. After I told him I was HIV positive and did that he kicked my dog really hard and ran out of the house. I dont know where he went and I think my dog is dead because it stopped breathing. I dont want to go to jail for stabbing someone I am hoping this will just go away. Should I call police?

I just today heard on the radio that a man in Iowa, I think it was, had received 50 years in prison for having sex with 4 people, knowing he had HIV. The Iowa Supreme Court upheld the sentence, and it was attempted murder type charge.

Frankly, you should also be in prison until the AIDS kills you. Sorry you have it, but your actions when fighting over some girl you haven't seen in two years shows you are an extreme menace to others.

First of all I think this is a BS story. But if not...he shouldn't have kicked your dog but by you purposely putting your blood on him knowing you are HIV positive you could be arrested and put in prison. If he dies from it while you are still alive then I think you can go to jail for murder.

Uh, intentionally infecting someone with HIV can get you charged with attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon. You had better call the police right now.

Sorry about your dog, by the way. I've lost pets before, so I honestly know how you feel.

Anyways, what a stupid reason for two people to flush their lives down the toilet.

Intentionally giving someone HIV and as a result they die, you will, in the future, be charged with homicide. If you knowingling mixed your blood to give him HIV, you will be charged with a severe punishement. I hope you rot in hell you sick son of a f u c k i n g b a stard

If this is a real story, you're a total moron. Call the police and ask them to charge you with attempted murder for infecting your now former friend with the HIV virus. And don't think about infecting one of them, they may shoot your dumb ......

I would definitely call the police. This way, you can get on the police's good side, and if he turns you in, you'd be in a lot more trouble anyway.

Yes, if you don't turn yourself in you will be charged with much more severe charges. Attempting to give him AIDS could carry a very severe charge.
