what is the $ range of adding a new 10' X12' addition to a house for a larger master bedrm & new bath in AZ?

this would be a brand new bathroom. house is 1 story on a sloping lot with partial basement and crawl space. the location of the addition is flat ground, not sloping. there is an existing bathroom nearby to the planned addition. we'd be adding 1 toilet, 1 jetted tub and a seperate shower and 2 pedestal sinks

You're looking at about $160 per square foot completly finished. If possible utilize the space in you're basement. Remember, you already own that space so it will be about 1/3 of the finishing price of the addition.
