Make chicken - cook it in the oven so you don't have to be standing over the stove, and so you can have it all ready ahead of time (even the day before) and just have to put it in the oven. As for the recipe, I love oven fried chicken, recipe I got from Better Homes & Gardens cookbook. Or you could do some type of marinade. Check out allrecipes.com and epicurious. At epicurious you can search for chicken options, specifying "bake," "quick," etc. Serve with quick-cooking rice or couscous and steam some veggies - voila! For dessert, brownies and ice cream are always good. Try Hershey's Dark Chocolate Brownie mix; make it like they say, except add a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Make it in the morning so you don't have to worry about it later. Have fun!

Start with a green salad...add what ever vegggies you like...THEN..saute some Prawns and Scallops (big ones) in butter and other spices you like add that to the top of the greens just as you serve. Sprinkle with Grated parmeson romano cheese or spray with truffle oil......it is easy and good.

The ingredients of the salad and the drssing you use are up to your personal taste. You can use olive oil instead of butter also.

First meal I served my husband...

This is a super easy dessert to make:

Strawberry Angel Food Cake

1 storebought Angel Food cake, torn into bite sized pieces
1 (8oz.) package no fat cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) container light whipped cream
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 lbs. fresh strawberries, sliced

With electric mixer, mix together the cream cheese, whipped cream and powdered sugar.

In a large clear glass bowl, layer half of the cake, spread half of the cream cheese mixure over that, then half of the strawberries. Repeat layers, ending with strawberries.

Chill until ready to serve.

Have you ever thawt of making/serving the 'perfect' burger?

Not the cardboard fast-food kind - I mean the tender, flavorful, juicy, only-can-be-made-at-home kind? - on a butter grilled bun.

With some potato salad, corn on the cob, rainbow sherbert for desert - drinks of your choice -

Since it is summer how about some tacos with rice and a margarita. It is not the most romantic, but could be fun.

Well if I was dating someone, I would want him to make me fried chicken and potatoes. It kind of depends on what they like I would say.
