It is pretty good.A red meat that is better eaten hot as it gets kind of fatty when it cools.Good in a red sauce.A little like chicken/pork mixture on taste.

I had it when I was in Ft. Myers, Florida. It tastes kind of like chewy, shrimpy-chicken. It had a crunchy coating, was deep fried, and was served with a spicy mayonaisse sauce. It was pretty good for "novelty" food.

Hmm.. My father ate snake and frog legs when he was in the Navy, but I don't know anyone who's eaten Crocodile. I bet it's tough and chewy because of all the muscle.

It really depends on how it is prepared. The meat itself doesn't have much taste and is very tough to chew. However, when prepared with the right spices it is very good.
