Like you assume, you will drop quite a lot of weight then within a few days. You can also try to drink more, just water without bubbles and tea made from dried leaves of stinging nettle..yeah, sounds nasty but it isn't that bad..tastes like spinach..it helped me to overcome my plateaus quicklier.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

here is what to do .
keep a good diet.
way your self before when you had a bit to eat and drink(don't go to the restroom till after you way your self)
then work out for a few months and eat right. then
on the weight day don't eat or drink any thing till noon or so and then to to the rest room an do what usually comes natural . its like one two and three you way your self. you could loose 30lbs . the bad part to that is you can gain 10lbs back in the next to days if your not careful.
when it comes to being fit the scale was some times holding people down. take Care and do whats right for you.

Probably need more info. How many meals a day are you getting, what's your protein and carb intake, how much water are you drinking, things like that. You may need to change your workout a little to kind of keep your body guessing and on it's toes. You probably don't want to lose too much weight at one time, one it's not healthy to lose too much weight at once and two with losing too much weight too fast you don't want to have any hanging skin.

we can't drop weight like boom wow I'm no longer fat like in the SIMS work at it keep on trying to eat healthy its hard eat a good breakfast with grains they fill you up a good snack food is frosted Wheaties drink lots of water and lifting weights 15 min before a hart pounding workout help out to burn calories
