I've seen a couple of questions about why atheists ask questions here? Is there some reason that this forum would exclude certain ideals, for lack of a better word?

Probably because this site is of religious nature. If you are an atheist then you don't believe in God or religion. So people wonder why you would go on this site if not to cause problems. As a human being you have the right to go and do whatever you choose but why mess with the christians. Do you mess with the satanists? Probably not. Do you mess with the wiccen? ( probably spelled that wrong) Probably not. If people are supposed to respect your opinions why can't you respect theirs? Why go on a religious site and tell us all to screw ourselves(so to speak) and then get pi$$ed off when some of us get seriously irritated. It seems like some athiests questions on here seem to be that of making fun of christians and not because they want to really know answers about christianity. No one is trying to convert you. I'm not trying to be critical of you. I'm trying to answer as honestly as I can. lol

As religious people try to save others from evil and damnation, atheists want to save people from what they consider an evil, namely, religion, which is their perfectly logical right, the same as anyone else has the right to speak. You could say that they feel that someone has to counter the religious propaganda being dished out to those with serious questions and doubts.
No useful discussion ever comes from having opposing voices hushed. That sounds like something more befitting of communists or facists.

They fear Atheist. Some even say that atheist are working for a Devil. The true reason is ignorance and fear to the God that they "love" so much.

Factual truth is scary.
It may force the believers to confront what they suspect... that God does not exist. It's often easier to just believe and let someone else think than to do it for yourself.
