Yes, but accompained with 1 or 2 servings of sugar... I couldn't find the brochure with the servings guide... but it is something like that....

ethanol doesn't count as a serving of fruit or antioxidants (because you can get both without the addition of ethanol)

it's a nice daydream, but the only real reason to drink wine is for the taste, and if you're an alcoholic, for the buzz

to give you further idea, no personal trainer would advise a client to consume ANY alcohol as it's just empty calories from a purely physiological standpoint

Sure, and ketchup counts as a serving of vegetables. Chocolate comes from cocoa beans and beans are vegetables, therefore chocolate is a vegetable too! Oh, oh! And potato chips, from potatoes, they are vegetables. Fruit loops and fruit roll-ups=fruit. I can come up with lots more....

ha ha ha good one but no it doesn't.... they say that red wine is good for ya but i think they mean a glass a day not a bottle. darn the bad luck!
